My name is Reg and I have very short legs but that doesn’t stop me enjoying my favourite romp along the coastal path from St Agnes Beacon or down to Gwithian. There are plenty of National Trust carparks and some great places to have a bite to eat. I can recommend the Godrevy Cafe and also The Rockpool. Perranporth Beach is also great as I can run and run while my owners enjoy a cooling drink at the Watering Hole which is situated right on the sands.
There is a great little café at Wheal Coates if you want to stop for a cuppa or if you are taking a picnic stop by St Agnes Bakery for lovely baked goods.
Gwithian is about 25 miles from Starlight Barns.
