Cornwall Kernow is the westernmost part of the South West peninsula of the UK with Land’s End being the southwestern most point and The Lizard Point being the southernmost location. We have historic ports, busy market towns and quaint villages for you to explore.
Blessed with over 400 beaches the Cornish Coast is never far away and with an abundance of surfing and sailing schools, coastal paths and cliff top walks, boat trips and attractions such as Land’s End, St Michael’s Mount, the Minack Theatre and the Eden Project , you will never be short of things to do.
Truro is our only city and it has everything you’d expect with plenty of local independent shops, a great food and drink scene, parks, an excellent museum, magnificent cathedral right at its centre, market traders and the big national retailers. It’s known as our Great Little City.
The visitcornwall website has lots of advice and information to help you plan your trip ahead of time. Some attractions and restaurants are extremely popular, especially during high season so book ahead rather than be disappointed.
